Three Services, Clearly Described
Each one has a fixed price, a defined scope, and a straightforward process from drop-off to collection.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Every job at Pendulora follows the same basic sequence, regardless of which service it falls under. The details change; the structure does not.
Drop-Off & Assessment
We look at the watch with you and discuss what you have noticed.
Written Quote
The price and scope are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Service & Testing
The work is completed and tested before the watch is cleared for collection.
Collection & Record
You collect the watch with a written record of what was done.
Crown & Stem Repair
Repair or replacement of crowns, stems, and pushers to restore reliable winding and setting. This service is suited to watches that have become difficult to wind, that slip when you try to set the time, or where the crown has become loose or detached. Includes a full function check and gasket refresh where the case design allows.
- Crown and stem replaced with compatible components
- Pusher repair for chronograph and complication watches
- Gasket refresh where case construction permits
- Full winding and setting function test before return
฿3,500
· Typically 3–7 working daysProcess:
Drop-off assessment of crown, stem, and case fitting
Source matching replacement components if required
Install and adjust for correct feel and engagement
Test all functions and return with written record
Service & Refinish Package
A combined movement service and light case refinish, bringing both function and appearance back to a comfortable everyday standard. The movement is stripped, cleaned, lubricated with the correct products for each area, reassembled, and regulated. The case and bracelet receive gentle polishing appropriate to the original surface finish — brushed areas are left brushed, polished facets are kept clean and narrow.
- Full movement strip, clean, and reassembly
- Lubrication with part-appropriate products
- Regulation and timing machine check
- Light case refinish respecting original surfaces
- Crystal inspection, gasket replacement where applicable
฿13,500
· Typically 2–3 weeksProcess:
Assessment of movement and case condition at drop-off
Movement stripped, cleaned in ultrasonic bath, inspected
Reassembly with correct lubricants, regulation carried out
Case refinished, watch tested, then cleared for collection
Long-Stored Watch Revival
Careful recommissioning of watches that have sat unused for years — often family pieces brought out of a drawer, or watches acquired secondhand without service history. The job begins with a full assessment so both we and you understand what the watch needs. Cleaning and lubrication are carried out at a measured pace, and the watch is tested gradually over several days rather than run up to normal speed immediately. Includes guidance on keeping the piece running well once it is back in regular wear.
- Full written condition assessment before any work
- Gradual run-in testing over multiple days
- Care guidance included at collection
- Parts sourcing where required (discussed and approved)
฿28,500
· Typically up to 4 weeksProcess:
Drop-off assessment and written findings shared with you
Cleaning and lubrication at a careful pace
Gradual multi-day testing before timing is checked
Collection with written record and care guidance

Shared Standards Across All Services
These apply to every job we take on, regardless of service type or price.
Correct Tooling
We use watchmaker-specific tools: movement holders, timing machines, case openers, and cleaning equipment suited to the work, not improvised alternatives.
Part-Specific Lubricants
Different areas of a movement require different lubricants. We select the appropriate product for each component — not a single general-purpose oil throughout.
Timing Machine Check
After every movement service, accuracy is verified with a timing machine in multiple positions. We do not return a watch that is outside acceptable range for its movement type.
Secure Handling
Watches in for service are stored in a locked cabinet and tagged individually. They are handled only by the technician assigned to that job.
No Scope Creep
Work proceeds only within the agreed scope. If anything additional comes up, you are contacted before the job continues. There are no surprise additions to the bill.
Written Record Every Time
Every collection includes a written summary: work completed, parts replaced, test results. This is yours to keep as a reference for future servicing.
Service Pricing
All prices are in Thai Baht. Stated prices cover the described service scope — additional work is quoted separately and approved before proceeding.
